Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for the Stokio platform ("Service").
1. Free Trial
All new accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access to Pro plan features. No payment information is required to start a trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
2. Subscription Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid subscription. To request a refund, contact us at support@stokio.net with your account email and reason for the refund.
Refunds requested after the 14-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
3. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the 14-day refund window applies from the date of purchase. If you cancel an annual subscription after the refund window, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months.
4. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
When you upgrade your plan, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. No refunds are issued for downgrades.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- No refunds are issued for the remaining time in your billing period
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the account from which payment was received. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days.
7. Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside of this policy in cases of:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Extended service outages that materially affect your use of the Service
- Other circumstances where a refund is warranted at our discretion
